Detroit Waza Supports One Dollar Campaign for Rwanda

6.19.09: The Detroit Waza of the PASL-Pro has been collecting one dollar donations in support of the One Dollar Campaign of Rwanda. The One Dollar Campaign for genocide survivors is a project developed by the Rwandese Diaspora community and supported by DGD (Diaspora General Directorate) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.

One Dollar Campaign's mission is support and advocacy to improve the living condition and the social welfare of vulnerable genocide survivors and to give them a smile on their face and hope for the future. Their vision is that every orphan of genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda will get a home.

Waza Flo Pro's coach and player, Dominic Scicluna, will travel to Rwanda June 19th to help spread awareness and support the cause. While in Rwanda, Dominic will also participate in a Star Studded Charity soccer game on June 22nd to help benefit the survivors of the genocide sponsored by the One Dollar Campaign. This game will be played by the top African players in the world including Eto'o and Drogba.

Please help Waza Flo Pro support the One Dollar Campaign. Donation information can be found at www.1dollarcampaign.org
