WAZA FLO U-12 Boys Win Holiday Soccer Tournament

December 28, 2007 - The WAZA FLO U12 boys won the Holiday Blast Soccer Tournament at the Ultimate Goal Family Sports Center in Marcellus, NY on December 27th, 2007. Coached by LaMarr Peters, the team won all five of their games against some of the best teams in the upstate New York area. Their final three games were all come from behind victories, 3-2, 2-1 and 5-2.

The team consisted of players from Lansing, Ithaca and Dryden. Jason Yahn led the team with 7 goals including 4 goals in the championship game. Clinton Herzog and Donovan Baird also had multiple-goal games. The team also included Jake Czapranski, Christopher Emley, Michael Gualtieri, Nicholas Gualtieri, Michael Harvey, Charlie Mauser, Zack Smith and Mason Wolff.
